We are aware of the concerns that some people may have regarding the provision of personal data to computer systems and the subsequent use which may be made of that data. This Privacy statement is intended to assure our Customers that Soberhill Antiques & Collectables takes a responsible approach to the capture and use of personal data and will ensure that any sensitive data will be handled in a secure environment.

Data Which We Hold
We need to hold a minimum of personal information about our Customers in order to provide our service. This will comprise the following:

Name & Address	To enable us to despatch purchased goods to the correct location
Email address	To enable us to acknowledge Orders, confirm payment and despatch of goods, and to notify Customers of other items which may be of interest in accordance with preferences defined by the Customer
Preferences	Information on the type of items or breeds in which the Customer has an interest (optionally provided by the Customer)

Bank & Credit Card Information
We do not hold any bank or credit card information within our systems. Electronic payments are processed entirely by recognised Payment Service Providers (PSPs) where sensitive data is handled in encrypted form on secure computers which are not directly connected to the internet.

Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to third parties. We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, other than with your express permission.
